PTT Oil and Gas (Rayong) would like to improver energy saving for lighting with LED technology in hazardous process area at GSP#1, GSP#3, Tank Farm, ESP and GSP#5. Project period was Jul 2018 to Dec 2019 (phase 1 & phase 2). Our responsibilities were as following details.

Our responsibilities are as follows;

1. Provided cable schedule and shop drawing and method statement for explosion proof equipment installation of lighting fixtures, junction box,  cables and cable raceway.
2. Managed and executed project with safety management policy in hazardous area
3. Supplied and Installed cables, raceway, lighting fixtures, junction boxes and termination
4. Provide test & inspection plan, tested for cable and lighting fixtures and tie-in new installation fixtures to existing lighting system
5. Replaced new support and hanger for fixtures
6. Provided measurement report(before & after) for luminaire values
