Client : Joint Venture of Gusco and Snapa Company / Owner : Department of Drainage and Sewerage of Bangkok

The JV of Gusco and Snapa company has awarded to be an EPC' contractor for the project : renovation pumping and electrical power and motor control center system for WTP and WWPT system. Project period is doing between 15 Feb 2022 to 30 Jul 2023 and contract amount : 90,000,000 Baht  

Our responsibilities are as following details.

1. Provide single line diagram, general arrangement and schematic diagram drawing for fully type tested for 24kV MV switchgear(2000A),  fully type tested withdrawable 0.4 kV LV switchgear and MCC(4000A), Soft Starter (55-250kW) and VSD panels. (250kW)
2. Provide drawing for LV busduct and busbar connection between transformer and lv switchgear.
3. Provide configuration & interfacing and schematic diagram for control and automation system (PLC and Scada system)
4. Provided cable schedule & connection diagram, shop drawing for installation all equipment and grounding system.
5. Provide JSA, method statement and execute project with safety management policy of Owner.
6. Supplied and installed MV and LV switchgear, LV busduct (CU 4000A) and busbar connection, cables & raceway and termination.
7. Supplied and installed for instruments cables and termination.
8. Provide testing for cables, busduct, cable, PLC and instruments.
9. Do commissioning with mechanical equipment(pumps & blower and other) 
10.Provided final document
