We had supplied and installed for utilities system of mechanical and electrical system of whole building. Project period was Dec 2018 to Dec 2020. // Contract amount : 24,000,000 Baht

Our responsibilities were as following details.

1. Supplied and installed main power distribution system including installation for HV, Transformer, MDB & DB and cabling
   
2. Supplied and installed lightning and grounding system
   
3. Supplied and installed lighting and receptacles including lighting controlling as two-wire remote system for each room, corridor and reception areas.
   
4. Supplied and installed CCTV, telephone and internet system
   
5. Supplied and installed fire alarm system
   
6. Supplied and installed public announcer and television system
   
7. Supplied and installed fire flighting and LPG system.
   
8. Supplied and installed sanitary system (water & hot water supplying, drainage)
   
9. Supplied and installed swimming pool system
   
10. Supplied and installed utilities (energy and water) consumption computer and software for billing purpose of each room
    
11. Test and commissioning, provided final document and training.
